ich bin seit ca 6 Monaten über die Charité Berlin in einer Asciminib Studie.
Die Einnahmemenge hängt von deinem TKI ab. Ich nehme grundsätzlich 100mg Dasatinib und dazu nun noch 80mg Asciminib (ABL).
Die ABL soll auf nüchternen Magen genommen werden und dann muss nach der Einnahme noch 1h gewartet werden, bis gegessen werden kann. An schlechten Tagen verspüre ich durch das Asciminib starke Übelkeit, die aber mit der Zeit und viel Ruhe wieder verfliegt.

Ich wurde damals von meinem behandelnden Arzt gefragt, ob ich an der Studie teilnehmen möchte. Sprich doch mal deinen Arzt an, wenn du dich für die Teilnahme interessierst.

hat jemand Informationen zu Asciminib? Mich interessiert vor allem zunächst einmal der Einnahme-Modus und die Nebenwirkungen. Bekommt man Asciminib inzwischen auch außerhalb der Studie oder nimmt die Studie ggfs. noch Teilnehmer auf?
